I’m a mother of four and a grandmother, and I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients over the past two decades, from high school athletes to fitness enthusiasts in their eighties.
I have always been an athlete and an active person. After starting a family, I left my career as a school psychologist and began teaching group exercise and yoga classes while offering personal training. That was more than 20 years ago, and I haven’t looked back.
For the past 10 years, I have trained full time in my own facility and loved inspiring people to become their best selves. I have been fortunate to find a community deeply invested in health and wellness, with many clients who have trained with me for more than a decade.
Over the years, I have competed in 11 bodybuilding competitions and several powerlifting meets. Those experiences have helped me work with clients pursuing many different goals, including strength, weight loss, flexibility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
I would love to help you work toward your fitness goals too.
Kristin MiceliIn their words
Every person’s experience is different. These clients describe the support, attention, and community they found at Get Pumped Up.
“Kristin has expertly guided my fitness journey as I’ve gotten older. We began with powerlifting when I was in my mid-forties, and now, in my mid-sixties, she safely adapts my training around hip issues while helping me stay strong, capable, injury-free, and moving. She truly meets you where you are and evolves your workouts as your body changes. I have continued training with Kristin because I trust her process and knowledge.”
“Get Pumped Up provided exactly what I needed: support, encouragement, accountability, and a community that genuinely cared about my success. As I began losing weight, I also gained strength, endurance, healthier habits, and confidence. Today, I feel healthier, stronger, and more energized than I have in years.”
“Kristin provides group classes and training that accommodate each person and fitness level, with personal attention even in a group setting. What I love most is that she has built a community that makes me want to go to the gym. We are all on our own journeys, but we are walking together.”
“I joined group fitness one year after a skiing injury and was looking to build leg strength to protect my knee. The class is designed for each person to focus on individual goals, select appropriate weights, and modify exercises as needed. About six months later, I added personal training with Kristin, and I am noticeably stronger and fitter. Increased strength lets me handle yardwork that was previously more challenging.”
“I began training with Kristin before my 60th birthday and lost 40 pounds through strength training and nutrition counseling. I continue training two to three times each week to stay strong, healthy, and confident. The people who train at Get Pumped Up have become like family.”
